Design
We outline the architecture, define features, and create user-friendly interfaces that align with your brand. At this stage, you’ll see how everything will work and flow before any code is written, giving you confidence and input throughout.
Build
Using Django’s secure and flexible framework, we develop your custom application. Our modular approach means we can deliver exactly what you need now while leaving room for future add-ons — such as blogs, ecommerce, bookings, or subscriptions. Each build is rigorously tested to ensure quality, security, and performance at launch.
Deployment
When it’s time to go live, we handle deployment with care. You get one month of free hosting and support to ensure everything runs smoothly. After that, you can choose to continue with our managed hosting, or manage it yourself via Render — the choice is yours. Either way, you own your system completely and can rest easy knowing your application is secure, scalable, and always online for your customers.
Getting your project ready for launch
Collaboration is key to a successful project. We need your insights, feedback, and content to create a solution that truly fits your needs. Here’s what to prepare before we kick off:
Your Domain Name
Either register a new domain or provide access to your existing one. We'll handle all the technical DNS setup and SSL certificate installation.
Hosting Platform Access
We'll set up your Render account (or use your existing one) and configure everything for optimal performance. You'll maintain full ownership and control.
Termly Account for Legal Documents
A Termly.com account generates your privacy policy, terms of service, and cookie policy. These are required by law and essential for building customer trust. We'll integrate them seamlessly into your site.
Business Information
Your business name, address, contact information, and any specific legal requirements for your industry or location.
Your Content
Text for your main pages, product/service descriptions, and any existing content you want to migrate. We can work with rough drafts—no need for perfect copy.
Visual Assets
Your logo, brand colors, and any existing photos or graphics. Don't have professional photos? We can recommend affordable stock photo resources or local photographers.
Branding Guidelines
Any existing brand standards, preferred fonts, or style preferences. If you don't have formal guidelines, just share examples of designs you like.
Email Account
A business email address for system notifications, customer communications, and administrative access. We'll help set this up if needed.
Third-Party Service Accounts
Access to any services you're already using that need integration (Google Analytics, social media accounts, existing payment processors, etc.).
Functionality Requirements
Detailed description of what your site needs to do, who will use it, and any specific features that are crucial for your business.
Timeline Expectations
Your preferred launch date and any important deadlines (marketing campaigns, seasonal business peaks, etc.).
